Come on people - those are obviously In-N-Out Fries, animal style. Meaning, cheese fries with grilled onions and “spread,” essentially thousand island dressing.
Now cheese fries with gravy and bacon does sound interesting.
So when I saw a recipe for crusty, herby biscuits with a spicy chorizo gravy, I knew exactly what I wanted for breakfast this weekend — an upgraded version of my childhood memory.
