I would add that Preservation, Access Services, Technical Services, and Financial Services are probably about 3/4 of the library workforce. All that is officially not included in this are Reference and Collection Development, which are under the purview of specific schools, and therefor aren’t under the same umbrella as the rest of the new Harvard Library.
